Business Violation Concerns
If you believe you have been a victim fraudulent business practices in the State of Texas please contact the Attorney General's Office to file a consumer complaint.

good faith estimates
Under the "No Surprises Act," as of January 1, 2022, medical facilities are required to provide a "Good Faith Estimate" to patients not planning to use insurance. This Good Faith Estimate shows the costs of items and services that are reasonably expected for your health care needs for an item or service.
